1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. This Agreement for vocal training services (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the relationship between
World of Voice OÜ (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") and the individual ordering services on the Provider’s website
www.worldofvoice.online (hereinafter referred to as the "Client"), who accepts this public offer to conclude the Agreement.
1.2. This Agreement, the list of services, and the Provider’s pricing constitute a public offer and may be accepted by the Client only in full. The publication of this Agreement on the Provider’s official website (
www.worldofvoice.online) is a public offer (proposal) addressed to an indefinite number of persons to enter into this Agreement.
1.3. Upon compliance with the acceptance procedure, this Agreement is deemed concluded in simple written form, does not require a paper copy, and is legally binding.
1.4. The fact of the Agreement’s conclusion is confirmed by the Client’s payment for the ordered services under the terms herein.
2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT2.1. The Provider undertakes to provide vocal training services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services") under the terms of this public offer.
2.2. The Client (or their representative) selects the training program offered by the Provider and participates in the training in accordance with this Agreement.
3. SERVICE PROVISION3.1. The scope of Services, training period, and other terms are specified in documents published on the Provider’s website.
3.2. The Provider may engage third parties to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement.
3.3. The Client may attend sessions only after payment, as per
Section 5.
3.4. Training is conducted online (remotely), with communication tools agreed upon by both parties.
3.5. Upon payment confirmation, the Provider schedules the Client’s session dates/times.
3.6. Services are delivered using standard vocal training methods and/or the Provider’s proprietary techniques.
3.7. Services commence on the dates agreed by the parties and specified in the subscription.
3.8. The Client’s failure to master the program due to insufficient ability or attendance does not constitute poor service quality by the Provider.
4. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES4.1. Provider’s Obligations:- Provide Services competently and professionally.
- Notify the Client of changes to the Agreement, pricing, or service terms via the website.
- Inform the Client if Services are deemed pedagogically unsuitable due to their individual limitations.
4.2. Provider’sRights:- Determine the content, pricing, and methods of Services.
- Terminate Services without refund after 3 unexcused absences.
- Suspend Services or terminate the Agreement unilaterally for Client breaches.
4.3. Client’s Obligations:- Diligently follow the training program.
- Avoid unexcused absences (no refunds or make-up sessions). Valid excuses: illness (with medical proof) or other reasons at the Provider’s discretion.
- Regularly check the Provider’s website for updates.
- Pay fees promptly and in full.
- Notify the Provider of absences in advance.
- No refunds for unilateral withdrawal or absences unrelated to the Provider.
- Provide their own training materials unless specified otherwise.
4.4. Client’sRights:- Request make-up sessions for excused absences (subject to scheduling).
5. FEES AND PAYMENT5.1. Service fees are determined by the Provider’s current pricing on
www.worldofvoice.online.
5.2. Payments are made via bank transfer or other legal methods.
5.3. The Client covers all transaction fees.
5.4. Price changes are announced on the website
at least 5 days in advance.
6. SPECIAL TERMS6.1. Violations (e.g., tardiness, partial attendance) result in full payment with no refunds.
6.2. No refunds for medical prohibitions unless notified
before the training period begins.
6.3.
100% refund if Services are not rendered due to the Provider’s fault.
7. LIABILITY7.1. Late payments incur a
0.1% daily penalty of the overdue amount.
7.2. The Provider is liable for breaches under Estonian law.
8. MISCELLANEOUS8.1. The Agreement is valid until all obligations are fulfilled.
8.2. Either party may terminate with
1 business day’s notice.
8.3. The Provider may amend terms unilaterally by publishing changes on the website.
8.4. The Client must monitor the website for updates.
8.5. The Client must notify the Provider of personal/contact changes within
5 business days.
8.6. Disputes are resolved via negotiations or Estonian courts (mandatory pre-trial claim procedure).
8.7. Estonian law governs all unresolved matters.
8.8. The Client’s payment/details in the order form are binding.
